These terms apply to your use of Musaica, including the iOS app, the Wallet pass signing service, and this website.

Use of Musaica

Musaica helps you discover nearby participating museums and maintain an informational Wallet pass. You are responsible for entering accurate membership details and confirming your eligibility for any reciprocal admission benefit.

Museum Information

Museum names, hours, addresses, websites, reciprocal program participation, and other details may change. Musaica tries to provide useful information, but you should confirm hours, admission policies, access requirements, and reciprocal benefits directly with the museum before visiting.

Wallet Pass

The Wallet pass is informational. It is not a payment card, ticket, or scannable proof of membership. Museums may require a physical or digital membership card, photo ID, or other proof before honoring reciprocal benefits.

No Program Affiliation

Musaica is not operated by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with NARM, ROAM, CAMM, Apple, or any participating museum unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Availability

Musaica may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including during TestFlight, beta testing, or App Store release preparation.

Limitation of Liability

Musaica is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musaica is not liable for losses arising from incorrect museum information, denied admission, service interruptions, or use of the app, website, or Wallet pass.
